1. Who is responsible
Tavyxo Wallet is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Samsonov Ivan Nikolaevich (“Tavyxo”, “we”). Contact: support@fluxvpn.pro. How personal data is processed under the law of the Russian Federation is described in detail in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
2. Data that stays on your device
The recovery phrase and private keys are generated on your device and stored encrypted in its secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). The app PIN is stored only as a one-way verifier. Wallet names, savings goals, language, currency and appearance settings are also kept only on the device.
We never receive these data and cannot restore them. Face ID, Touch ID and device passcode checks are performed by the operating system; the app never receives biometric data. The camera is used only to scan QR codes; images are not saved or transmitted.
3. Data processed by the Tavyxo server
The app connects to api.tavyxo.com to provide wallet functions. Depending on the feature you use, the server processes:
- Balances and prices: your public wallet addresses and the selected fiat currency.
- Transfers: public addresses, amounts, fee estimates, transaction hashes and transactions already signed on your device, which the server forwards to the blockchain network.
- Swaps: the selected assets, amounts, addresses, quotes and resulting transaction hashes. An order record is kept so that an interrupted swap can be tracked and completed.
- Notifications (optional): a random device registration identifier, the push token issued by Apple or Google, the public addresses you choose to watch, your language and notification preferences, and recent transfer events.
- Technical data: IP address and time of each connection to the server, recorded in server logs without request contents. When you visit tavyxo.com, the web server also records the requested page and browser information.
Public addresses and transactions are pseudonymous, but they are publicly visible on blockchains and can sometimes be linked to a person. We do not use them to identify you, build profiles or advertise.
4. Why we process data
We process the data above only to provide the functions you request (balances, sending, swapping, notifications), to keep the service secure and to fix errors. Notifications are based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by turning them off.
5. Third-party services
To serve your requests, the server exchanges public data with blockchain infrastructure and price providers — public RPC nodes of the supported networks, TON Center, TronGrid, Blockstream, Alchemy and CoinGecko — and with swap and bridge providers when you request a swap. Push notifications are delivered through Apple Push Notification service (iOS) or Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android). Signed transactions are broadcast to public blockchain networks and become permanently public.
These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. tavyxo.com uses no cookies or analytics.
6. Storage and retention
The server is hosted in Singapore. A notification registration is kept until you turn notifications off or remove all watched wallets from the app, which deletes the registration on the server. Swap order records are kept as long as needed to complete, reconcile and support the swap. Server logs are kept for a limited period and deleted on rotation.
7. Your choices and rights
You can use the wallet without notifications, turn them off at any time and remove a wallet from the device. Because there is no account, we usually cannot link server records to you unless you provide your public address. You may request information about, correction of or deletion of data associated with your public addresses or device registration, or withdraw consent, as described in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
8. Children
Tavyxo Wallet is not directed to children. Use of cryptocurrency may be restricted by age or by law where you live.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this website.
