I lost my recovery phrase or my phone
Tavyxo Wallet is self-custody: we never have your recovery phrase or keys and cannot restore them. If the wallet is still open on a device, back up the phrase in Settings → Security as soon as possible. Without the phrase and the device, access to the funds cannot be recovered.
How do I restore a wallet on a new phone?
Install Tavyxo Wallet, choose “Restore wallet” and enter your 12-word recovery phrase. Wallets created in other apps that use a standard BIP-39 phrase can usually be restored too.
My transfer is pending
Transfers are confirmed by the blockchain network, not by Tavyxo. Open the transfer in the app to see its status and a link to a block explorer. Confirmation time depends on network load and the fee.
Why do I need a little native coin to send tokens?
Each network charges its fee in its own coin: TRX for USDT TRC-20, ETH for tokens on Ethereum, Base and Arbitrum, BNB on BNB Smart Chain. The app shows the required fee before you sign.
What fees does Tavyxo charge?
Sending and receiving have no Tavyxo fee — you pay only the network fee. Swaps include a Tavyxo service fee, which is shown in the quote together with network and provider fees before you confirm.
Notifications do not arrive
Check that notifications are allowed for Tavyxo Wallet in the phone settings and enabled in the app (Settings → Notifications). Turning the switch off and on again re-registers the device.
