Delete in the app
- Notifications: open Settings → Notifications and turn notifications off. The device registration — push token, watched public addresses, language, notification preferences and recent transfer events — is deleted from the server immediately.
- Wallets: removing a wallet in Settings stops watching its addresses. When no watched wallets remain, the registration is deleted from the server.
Request deletion by email
- Email support@fluxvpn.pro with the subject “Data deletion”.
- List the public wallet addresses the request concerns.
- We may ask you to confirm that you control an address, for example by signing a short message in a wallet. Never send your recovery phrase, private key or PIN.
We delete swap order records and other server records linked to those addresses within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: notification registrations, recent transfer events and swap order records linked to the addresses you name.
- Deleted automatically: server security logs (IP address and connection time) on log rotation.
- Kept: transactions already published on a blockchain are public and permanent — neither Tavyxo nor you can remove them. Records that the law requires us to keep are retained only for the required period.
